This website
This site uses no cookies, collects no visitor statistics and shows no ads. Fonts and images come from our own server; opening a page does not connect you to any other company.
For security and troubleshooting our server keeps technical logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details. These logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
The leaderboard page fetches the current list from our game server. While it does, your browser connects to our game server and your IP address appears in its technical logs for the same period.
The games
When you play as a guest, your game data stays on your device.
When you sign in with Google or Apple we process: the account ID given by the provider and the e-mail address it shares, your nickname, your game results and the move records used to verify them, your silver transactions, the avatars and tables you unlock, the store transaction details of your Premium membership, a device identifier and security logs.
Your payment details never reach us. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment; we only ask the store whether the transaction is valid.
Why we process it
To provide the games, your account, the leaderboards and Premium (performance of a contract).
To prevent cheating, verify results and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
To keep sales records for as long as the law requires (legal obligation).
What is public
On the leaderboards everyone can see your nickname, score, number of moves, time and Premium mark. Your real name and e-mail address are never shown.
Who we share it with
The provider hosting our servers processes data only on our behalf and on our instructions.
Apple and Google receive what is needed to verify sign-ins and payments.
If ads are shown in a game, the ad provider asks for your consent separately where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete it from Settings in the game or by writing to us. Premium sales records are kept separately for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or transferred, and to object to its processing. Send your request to support@vasereed.com; we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.
Changes
When we change this text we update the date above. We also announce important changes in the game.
