Scope
These terms govern your use of the Vasereed website and the Vasereed games. By installing or using a game you accept them. The service is provided by Vasereed.
Account
You can play the games as a guest. Leaderboards, silver and Premium require signing in with Google or Apple.
Each person uses one account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Silver and in-game items
Silver is a game point earned only by playing. It has no monetary value; it cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for real money.
Avatars and tables unlocked with silver give you the right to use them in the game; they do not give you ownership.
Premium
Premium is a one-year membership bought with a single payment through the App Store or Google Play. It does not renew automatically.
Premium removes forced ads, adds a Premium mark next to your name and unlocks the Premium avatars. It gives no advantage in play or on the leaderboard.
Payments and refunds follow the terms of the store you used. If the store approves a refund, Premium is removed from your account.
Fair play
Every result is verified on our server. Cheating, automation software, exploiting bugs or altering results in any other way is not allowed.
In such cases we may delete the results concerned, take back silver and rewards earned, and suspend the account.
Leaderboards and rewards
Leaderboard rewards are paid only in silver. The server record is the reference.
If a technical fault affects a leaderboard, we may correct the results.
Nicknames
Your nickname must not contain insults, hate speech, someone else’s identity or misleading wording. We may change nicknames that break this rule.
Changes to the service
We may improve or change the games, or pause them briefly for maintenance. We announce important changes in advance.
Liability
We provide the service with care, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
