Delete your account
You can delete your Vasereed account and the data linked to it at any time, even if you no longer have the game installed.
From inside the game
- Open the game and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account is closed straight away and your data is deleted.
If the game is not installed
- E-mail support@vasereed.com from the address linked to your Google or Apple account.
- Write "Delete my account" as the subject and, if you can, add your player name.
- Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account and player name
- Your silver, avatars and tables
- Your game results and leaderboard places
- Device and session records
What is kept
- Premium sales records are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted. They contain none of your game data.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you have Premium, the remaining time is not refunded. Premium does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel.
